Conveniently located in suite 100 on the lobby level  of 2100 Webster, is the Community Health Resource Center.  Please visit our website for hours.  Virtual counseling and health education are now being offered.

The Community Health Resource Center offers a variety of services and events to better serve our patient population including:

• Health Education
• Health Screenings

The Community Health Resource Center is a nonprofit organization that has supported the health and well-being of the San Franciso Bay Area Community for thirty years through a range of health education programs.
